One fixed fee for our help with the forms, plus the government registration fee that goes to the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG). OPG fee £92 per LPA, checked on 15 October 2026.

No VAT is added to our fees.
You make one payment to us. We pay the OPG registration fee to the Office of the Public Guardian for you, at cost, when we send your application. If you qualify for a reduced fee or no fee, we will refund the difference within 14 days of the OPG confirming it.
You pay once you've sent us your details, before we start preparing your LPA.
- OPG fees are set by the government and may be reduced or waived for eligible applicants. Check current OPG fees on GOV.UK.
- No subscription. Our preparation fee is a one-off amount.
- Full consumer terms will be supplied before paid work begins.
- Distance contracts normally carry a 14-day cancellation right. The full terms will be provided in writing.
Our guarantee
If the OPG returns your LPA because of a mistake we made, we'll put it right and pay any resubmission fee.
